1. Service Description

InfoMuck provides AI-powered intelligence briefings on federal policy, regulation, and legislative activity. Our service includes:

  • Curated briefings on AI, cyber-security, defence, and related topics
  • Customizable "pipeline" filters and delivery options
  • Access to briefing archives (duration varies by plan)
  • API access (Professional and Enterprise plans only)

InfoMuck is an informational service, not legal or policy advice. Always consult qualified professionals before making decisions based on our briefings.

2. Account Registration

2.1 Eligibility

You must be:

  • At least 18 years old
  • Legally able to enter into contracts
  • Using the service for lawful professional purposes

2.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of unauthorized access

3. Subscription Plans & Billing

3.1 Free Trial

New users receive a 14-day free trial of any paid plan. No credit card required. At trial end, accounts convert to the Free plan unless you subscribe to a paid plan.

3.2 Paid Subscriptions

  • Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
  • Auto-renewal: Plans renew automatically unless canceled
  • Payment methods: Credit card, ACH, or invoice (Enterprise plan only)
  • Currency: All prices in USD

3.3 Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel anytime via Settings → Billing. Upon cancellation:

  • Access continues until the end of the current billing period
  • No refunds for partial months (except as required by law)
  • Free plan features remain available after cancellation

3.4 Price Changes

We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Current subscribers retain their pricing until the next renewal after the notice period.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Resell, redistribute, or publicly share briefing content without authorization
  • Use automated systems to scrape or mass-download content
  • Reverse-engineer our AI models or algorithms
  • Impersonate InfoMuck or misrepresent affiliation
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service's operation
  • Share account credentials with unauthorized users

Enterprise plans: Account sharing is permitted only among the authorized number of seats purchased.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 InfoMuck Content

All briefings, analysis, summaries, and platform design are protected by copyright and remain the property of InfoMuck Intelligence Services. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to:

  • Access and view briefings for your internal use
  • Share briefings within your organization (Enterprise plan) or with direct colleagues (Professional plan)
  • Quote briefings with attribution (e.g., "Source: InfoMuck Intelligence, Jan 2025")

5.2 Source Material

InfoMuck aggregates and analyzes publicly available government documents. Source material (e.g., bills, agency memos) remains in the public domain or subject to original publishers' rights.

5.3 Trademarks

"InfoMuck" and associated logos are trademarks of InfoMuck Intelligence Services. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

InfoMuck is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation

  • Security against all cyber threats
